I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Therapy offers a supportive space to better understand patterns, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.

Online Therapy
All sessions are offered via telehealth for adults located in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. Online therapy allows for flexible, convenient access to support from the privacy of your own space.
